In 2025, it’s nearly impossible for highly qualified white men to get a job at 38 different S&P 500 companies because they impose DEI hiring quotas. It’s why I started an anti-DEI investment firm after working at a hedge fund. Our movement is winning, but to keep winning, we cannot be distracted. Stopping present-day racism is more important than unearthing tweets from a decade ago.
