This month, a DC grand jury TWICE refused to indict a woman arrested for interfering then assaulting an FBI agent involved in an ICE operation in Washington.
This is particularly infuriating because these same DC grand juries quickly brought the same charge--the 111 felony--against hundreds of J6ers even for minor scuffles with police.
The magistrate judge assigned to the case--Michael Harvey--signed hundreds of J6 arrest warrants.
Harvey is now lowkey mocking the DOJ for lacking evidence in the case rather than admitting an indictment on the assault/interference statute depends on the political affiliation of the individual charged and sympathetic DC residents sitting on the grand jury.
