Alexis Wilkins @AlexisWilkins - Hey Kyle - my attorneys have been trying to serve you (at the house with the truck with the Kyle Seraphin show sticker on it, no license plates) but it is clear that you are avoiding service.
Is there a time you can accept service so we can finally begin the discovery process? Or do you plan to keep dodging being served while continuing to tout the lawsuit on your podcast for views and engagement?
Unlike your style, I’ve redacted your personal information.

Al Goodwyn @Al_Goodwyn - As more pundits, people, and press dig into crime statistics, we’re seeing first hand that the saying “there are three types of lies: lies, damned lies, and statistics” has some truth to it.
With a wink and a spreadsheet, you can torture any dataset to confess exactly what you want, whether it’s proving your city’s the safest or the wildest in the West.
We’ve heard the cries lately about how cities in Republican run states are really bad and that Trump should be focusing on those regions. Indeed, the data do show that 13 of the top 20 states in murder rate have Republican governors.
I did my own data yoga to squeeze out the top 20 cities and then identified the respective mayor’s party affiliation. The results show that 18 have a blue mayor, one has a red mayor (Dallas at #17), and one’s independent (Las Vegas at #20). See the data at http://goodwyncartoons.com
There’s an infinite number of ways to slice and dice the data, not to mention the jungle of sources out there. Mine’s just one trail through the data wilderness.
