U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement @ICEgov - Serial border crosser Marvin Wilton Max Ayala, a Honduran national, will serve a 27-month sentence for illegal reentry after deportation.
He was removed four times between 2012 and 2021. Law enforcement found him in the United States on April 1, 2025, during an arrest for cocaine possession.
He pleaded guilty to illegal reentry following an ICE investigation. He’ll be deported as soon as he completes his sentence.
