CLARITY: That’s a clip from the 1983 film called Born in flames. While I don’t agree with what she’s saying (unless self defence) That’s radical feminist Florynce Kennedy, playing the role of Zella in a dystopian film about then “womens army” movement in a future New York City post a failed socialist revolution.

With that said, the BLM page resharing the clip when it did, without directly saying anything about Iryna being slain, gives the appearance of condoning violence today.
