The targets of the federal grand jury are/were some of THE most powerful people in Washington DC, many of them key members of the United States Congress from 2017-2022. Targets included Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell, the only two members of Congress that went PUBLIC WITH THEIR OUTRAGE at being spied on in this manner.
When the surveillance warrant gag orders were not renewed for a fourth one year term, they expired and Apple and Google and other electronic comms platforms were finally able to alert the targets of the grand jury probe that they had been spied on for 3 years by federal prosecutors leading a grand jury.
