Yeah, I gotta tell you, I do not buy this whole proto stuff to stop DDOS. DDOS makes requests to the server, and in this case, it first goes through an NGINX server that then forwards the request to an 8kun server. Proto is on the 8kun server not NGINX. NGINX is C++ code, which is why it is so fast, and I doubt that CM or jim can program in it, which is why people use single treaded PhP to being with.
