It is not DNS, it is a script, and how can you tell? It times out within a few milliseconds when you hit refresh or try to go to the board. DNS, Image, Web, and Proxy Servers timeout usually around 20 to 30 seconds. Hasn't anyone noticed a pattern, it is always at a crucial time.
