I already built an electronic election system that cannot be compromised, and no one gave one hoot about it, and I even had the prototype to demonstrate way before 2020. All other systems can be compromised including paper ballots. In NY in 2020, they used slightly smaller ballots that were spit back out after a minute. Paper can be duplicated, pipe bursts, brought in after hours, etc... My system was 100% full prof.
