🚨 BREAKING: Emergency Declared on Air Force Jet Carrying Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth Over Atlantic

A U.S. Air Force C-32 aircraft carrying Secretary of War @PeteHegseth declared a general emergency mid-flight Wednesday over the North Atlantic.

Shortly after entering oceanic airspace west of Ireland, the Boeing 757 military jet squawked 7700 - signaling a serious in-flight emergency.

Within minutes, the aircraft abruptly descended from 35,000 to 10,000 feet, consistent with cabin depressurization protocols, and reversed course back toward the U.K.

The aircraft is believed to be diverting to RAF Mildenhall.

Pentagon officials confirm @SecWar is safe and remains in communication with the operations center.
