We're Not So Different: 10 Things Catholics And Protestants Actually Agree On
https://babylonbee.com/news/were-not-so-different-10-things-catholics-and-protestants-actually-agree-onhttps://x.com/TheBabylonBee/status/1978445917842759985Auron MacIntyre @AuronMacintyre - I was speaking with a number of mainstream GOP leaders recently who kept telling me that the Democrats would never win another general election again because they were on the wrong side of too many 80/20 issues
I tried not to laugh too hard but the level of delusion was amazing
Even in victory the GOP sees itself as the inferior loser party and you can tell because they still rush to the left to settle their own internecine conflicts
If you’re a Republican your only real sin is being too right-wing
No one in the GOP is ever too left-wing or centrist, being right-wing is the greatest crime in the country’s right-wing party
Every movement will have petty disagreements and power struggles, it’s ugly but inevitable
The real sign of weakness and subservients is when you run to THE OTHER PARTY to settle those differences
When you do you’re simply admitting that they wield the ultimate political and moral authority
No Democrat would ever defeat a liberal rival by trying to appeal to the GOP’s standards, you can’t even imagine how that would work
Cowardly and weak Republicans do it every day
