Katie Daviscourt @KatieDaviscourt - JUST IN: Oregon Democrat Attorney General Dan Rayfield has issued a press release denouncing the Trump admin investigating leftwing political violence.
Rayfield claims Trump’s executive order calling on @TheJusticeDept to investigate and potentially prosecute entities and nonprofits that may be funding leftwing political terrorism, including Antifa networks, is a violation of the First Amendment.
Furthermore, Rayfield slammed President Trump for calling out George Soros’ Open Society Foundation, describing the radical foundation as one that “defends individual liberties” and “promotes democracy.”
This comes as the Department of Justice and FBI has vowed to take down the terrorist organization, Antifa — which runs rampant in Portland and other areas in the state.
