- 185 of 203 participants (91%) developed cardiac, vascular, or combined cardiovascular side effects during the study period following Moderna injection.
- Pulse-wave indices (Cn, Pn) showed significant shifts consistent with vascular stiffness + reduced elasticity — even when ECG and labs appeared normal.
- Changes persisted 7 days post-injection, revealing subclinical heart and vessel injury invisible to standard tests.
- No significant differences were observed between groups before vaccination, confirming the changes appeared after the Moderna shot.
The authors concluded:
"Subclinical vascular changes induced by Moderna’s mRNA-1273 vaccine could be effectively detected by noninvasive real-time pulse distribution analysis."
