DEI policies during Cheatle's tenure pushed 30% recruitment of women by 2030; allowed overweight recruits; an agent to moonlight as a plus-size model trading on her law enforcement status; LGBTQ+ junkets to overseas conferences promoting 'trans-inclusive culture" + the lowering of physical training standards for transgender agents, rainbow badges, pins, daily online "cafe" chatrooms for Latino, Black, LGBTQ+ employees.
