The leaders conducted deep dives and planning on global Command and Control and force composition, posture and readiness to ensure the United States maintains the ability to deliver lethal and decisive combat power against adversaries at the times and places of our choosing. The recommendations coming out of the Seminar will provide innovative options for the President, the Secretary of War, and Congress as they equip the Joint Force to dominate our enemies and protect the American people in simultaneous or protracted conflicts.
