Robby Starbuck @robbystarbuck - I filed a lawsuit against @Google over a week ago after their AI accused me for TWO YEARS of countless horrific crimes. We put them on notice multiple times since 2023 that their AI products invent crimes to defame me.
Yet still TODAY it created new sexual assault allegations with fake media links. At this point, I don’t think anyone can argue that this wasn’t done with malice.
Their VP of public policy also sat in front of Congress today and shrugged like it was no big deal when @VoteMarsha questioned him about this. Still zero apology from Google and their executives. Prompts that produce these rape and criminal allegations are as simple as asking for my bio or "tell me about Robby Starbuck."
I’ve never been accused of any crime EVER!
Google is the fourth largest company on earth using their cutting edge products to destroy my reputation and good name. This should never happen again to anyone. They must be made an example of by lawmakers and our justice system.
Here’s the craziest part: They’ve blocked my name from being searched on Gemma (their deep mind AI model that most often defames me) BUT their models are all available to chat with on countless websites.
Those sites aren’t updated.
That means Google’s original product that habitually defames me will be available likely forever. The harm and defamation will likely never stop because they were so negligent.
Yet still they don’t even have the decency to apologize when I have to walk around wondering if people around me think I might have been accused of rape. It’s absolutely sick.
Oh and it also accused me of DEFAMING one of the fake rape victims it made up today. And that I doxxed people. Both 100% FALSE.
To make users believe it, they faked links to fake stories in @NBCNews @TNLookout @RollingStone as if they reported on this. Again, ALL FAKE.
Now imagine when it has the power to make fake audio and videos within seconds matching these claims. We MUST stop this now. Write to your representatives to demand action!
