These people are deeply clickish, politically connected, and completely disconnected from what’s happening on the streets. They only care about what others can do for them—not what they can do for the people of New York City. Unfortunately, what they have going for them is each other, constantly stroking each other’s egos—it’s like the blind leading the blind.
If you want to point a finger, make sure you point it at them. If they had all thrown their support behind Curtis, the polls would look a lot different today. But don’t worry—it’s not over until the fat lady sings. We still have some time.
