Sr. Mary Joseph Calore, SSCJ @sscjusa - This is our Sisters' convent in Maggotty, St. Elizabeth, Jamaica after Hurricane Melissa. We need to put on a new roof and do repairs from wind and water damage, electrical, etc There is damage to our clinic. Here I was, so pleased to think that the Sisters would at least have water, as they were without water for the past three weeks. Unfortunately their water barrel containers were destroyed and will need to be replaced and water purchased.
We are thankful they and the others at the mission survived unharmed.
Any help you can provide will be greatly needed and appreciated. I will wire funds directly to our Sisters' account in Jamaica.
