It’s a group kind of thing, full of Americans and Canadians.
As many of you know, Mrs. Dr. P. and are a long married black/white interracial couple. This has the effect of making Democrats assume that we are automatically “progressive” lunatics, so when on vacation Democrats who are total strangers feel that they can just walk up to us unsolicited and start spewing their propagandistic hate. They assume we will be happy to receive it.
Contrary to what you might think based on my X account, I do not automatically give them the “Beat it Fash” treatment. Instead I am polite and smile and figure out a way to quickly break contact.
But it’s been going on for years and it drives me nuts.
It’s such a classic Democrat behavior: spread their hate and self righteous bad judgment without anyone asking. It’s like having missionaries from a bizarre religion knocking on your door.
I’m sick of it. I want to enjoy my vacation.
