Jonathan Turley @JonathanTurley - This afternoon, I noted that the Supreme Court may choose to delay a ruling on the SNAP case to allow Congress to reopen the government. The Court will often engage in judicial avoidance rather than rule on a constitutional question. That appears precisely what it has done by extending the freeze on the lower court order until Thursday. By then, this could prove moot.
