A Queensbury, NY, man pleaded guilty Thursday in connection with the operation and collapse of his purported commercial lending business. As part of his guilty plea, he admitted to conspiring with others to fraudulently obtain tens of millions of dollars from clients. He then used that money to repay or fund prior clients and on extravagant purchases for himself.
