Just doesn’t seem like a lot of people care to address the many personnel issues before they get completely out of control.
I really have worked myself to the point of exhaustion trying to warn people. But, I’m only one person.
At the end of the day, we all make choices.
And sometimes when you don’t make choices, it has negative consequences.
