Andy Ngo @MrAndyNgo - Waldorf, Md. — James Bowman III, 40, was arrested on Nov. 7 for domestic violence. He allegedly bit and punched a female victim.
Six hours after his arrest, Bowman was released without bail on the promise that he wouldn't harm the woman again. Less than an hour later, he returned to the scene of the previous night's crime and attacked the same woman again while she was holding a toddler.
Police say Bowman struck the child in the forehead and beat the woman so badly that she was covered in blood. Bowman was charged with assault and child abuse, and is being held without bail.
Though leftists and BLM activists claim that black men are imprisoned just for their race, a pattern emerges among offenders that they live a life of being repeatedly let out of prison or not held accountable for prior multiple crimes.
