Amy Mek @AmyMek - BREAKING EXCLUSIVE - CAIR UNDER FIRE!
New Investigation EXPOSES CAIR–CALIFORNIA for $27 Million in Taxpayer Abuse, Secret Lobbying & Extremist-Aligned Political Activity
The evidence presented in the new investigative report is overwhelming.
According to the findings, CAIR–California has been operating what investigators describe as a taxpayer-funded political machine, taking nearly $27 million in public money while concealing lobbying activity, filing misleading federal tax forms, and funneling refugee funds back into its own offices - even as it amplified Hamas-aligned campus activism.
This is not mismanagement.
The report documents conduct consistent with serious misuse of federal funds, systematic deception, and extremist-aligned political activity carried out on the taxpayer’s dime.
- SOME OF THE EXPLOSIVE FINDINGS
$7.2 million meant for Afghan war refugees was misused, according to the report — CAIR served just 177 Afghans and redirected services to nationals of Mexico, China, Russia, and Iran.
The investigation shows CAIR directed $3.6 million back into its own office through a circular “subgrant” arrangement that obscured internal transfers.
The report states CAIR failed to disclose 78% of its lobbying, hiding more than $3.1 million from the IRS while running political campaigns with federal money.
CAIR’s filings, according to investigators, omitted required federal tax schedules and hid millions in government grants from IRS disclosures.
Investigators found that taxpayer-funded CAIR leadership promoted Hamas-linked figures, encouraged anti-Israel encampments, and built a “Champions of Justice” pipeline to fund and protect radical activists.
Despite active DOJ and FPPC investigations, the Biden administration still awarded CAIR another $10 million in July 2025.
- THIS DEMANDS FEDERAL ACTION NOW
The scale of the alleged misconduct is massive.
The national-security implications are real.
