Barker, 34, was charged in October over a June 11 attack, where he was among a group of protesters who constructed a large barricade in front of the ICE facility gate.
He then threw a lit flare into the debris, resulting in a fire and extensive damage done to the gate.
Barker faces 20 years in prison and will be sentenced on March 4.
