We heard firsthand accounts of how ICE raids continue to harm families and neighborhoods, and we established a public record to ensure future accountability.
Congressman Robert Garcia and I announced new actions to hold the Department of Homeland Security accountable. The Oversight Immigration Enforcement Dashboard is now accessible.
It is the first federal intake form designed to document and verify allegations of misconduct by immigration enforcement agents during the Trump administration’s mass deportation campaign without putting anyone who reports to the dashboard at risk.
The dashboard compiles verified incidents across categories including concerning uses of force, arrests, detentions, deportations, and enforcement activity at sensitive locations such as schools, churches, and hospitals.
