My substack article went up about 30 minutes after Beck's post but goes into a lot of detail on the statute and relevant Supreme Court decisions -- plus the fact that there is probably venue for a conspiracy in the Western District of Pennsylvania. I stumbled across Sec. 2387 while looking at the "seditious conspiracy" issue.
