Viva Frei @thevivafrei - The issue with this particular document is that it was shared by another account (The General?) where it went viral. Subsequent re-shares are not even aware that the original post was not the actual individual who procured the document, and once it goes viral on the Internet, it’s very difficult to verify the Providence.
It’s frustrating. If that is the concern, the original document should be watermarked before posting to the Internet.
That said, @JasonLeopold I would love to ask you a few questions about this document, and the FOIA process you went through to get it. Apparently the current FBI, or at least the person in charge of FOIA requests, has been stonewalling a great many of them (according to several people making such requests). Is that true?
