Today, Project Veritas is pleased to announce that Judge Cathy Seibel of the Southern District of New York (SDNY) has rightfully dismissed the countersuit brought by James O’Keefe against Project Veritas. This has been a long journey since James voluntarily left the organization in 2023. All of us at Project Veritas are grateful this chapter has come to an end.

By way of background, former PV leadership sued O’Keefe in September of 2023 as a result of actions taken by O’Keefe that were, in the judgment of former PV leadership, contrary to PV’s mission and best interest.
