It's why I believe I 'found' this community in the first place...or it found me.
Even though it's hard for me, it's why I'm sharing this post. Being here isn't just about the sharing of 'information', it's also about sharing what we have to give to each other. (however YOU choose to show up and give)
Not my words, but this is a message i read this morning and it hit home.
A wounded heart is still a living heart.
It can heal.
It can open again.
It can infuse meaning again.
And it will.
Not instantly — but inevitably.
Wanted to share in case you need to hear it too.
It's ok to fuck up in life but what matters, imo, is that you don't let it define you. You get back up and start living in the way that you (and only you) know is true to yourself and at the core of who you know you really are. Sometimes getting back to the core, the foundation is the best you've got. It's ok to start again, new, from there.
