I made a promise to New Yorkers during my first Senate election that, if elected, I would visit each county. I did. And I’ve continued every year since. Today I visited Putnam, Greene, and Columbia Counties to cap off another year of keeping that promise.
This tour is what energizes me. Every person I meet and every story I hear stays with me and inspires my daily work in Washington to lower costs and protect healthcare.
There’s still so much work to be done—I can't wait to get back on the road visiting all 62 counties again next year—listening to voters and delivering for New Yorkers.
