A couple of weeks ago, Sean, I interviewed the Assistant Attorney General for civil rights, and that's Harmeet Dillon. And she said she is looking at the possibility of bringing criminal charges from anyone who tried to deny President Trump or one of President Trump's supporters their civil rights.
That means this evidence, which, by the way, still in the statute of five years, could potentially be prosecuted more.
Certainly go to the question of whether there should be a prosecution separately.
And President Trump has shown he's not afraid to sue.

President Trump might have a very good suit, according to the legal experts I talked to, that his civil liberties were infringed by the Justice Department.
So this revelation is not just a historical or political revelation.
It could have legal consequences.
