There is no evidence any of the alleged classified documents were in the areas he just described. His prosecutors admitted last year they did not know whether any of the moved boxes contained the documents he claimed were classified.
Trump and his team cooperated with the DOJ-prior to Smith's appointment-even allowing Jay Bratt, who later would become the lead in the docs case, into Mar a Lago VOLUNTARILY in June 2022.
The emails released yesterday further undermine what Smith is now saying under oath.

Judge Aileen Cannon dismissed the documents indictment against the president in July 2024 after determining his appointment by AG Garland violated the Constitution.
The case was NOT dropped because Trump won the election and any reporting on this must make that distinction.
Yes, Biden DOJ was planning to appeal Cannon’s order and that was dropped after the election. But the case was dead pending appeal.
