Chrissy Houlahan @RepHoulahan - More than 2,000 healthcare and support staff positions could go unfilled from VA regional healthcare networks in Pennsylvania.
The Coatesville VA Medical Center serves approximately 17,000 veterans in PA-06. When there is a staff shortage at the facility, it means fewer appointments, longer wait times, reduced mental health services, and less access to specialized care.
When those jobs disappear, veterans are pushed into private systems that are often more expensive, less coordinated, and less responsive.
That is not reform. That is privatization by neglect. We are calling on the Trump administration to restore full staffing at our VAs.

Chrissy Houlahan @RepHoulahan - The American people deserve to see the full tape, audio, and unredacted transcripts from this strike. If the administration has nothing to hide, release the footage.

Congressman Chris Deluzio @RepDeluzio - An internal VA memo shows the Trump Administration's jobs cuts will cut hundreds of healthcare jobs at VA Pittsburgh and reduce healthcare services.
The Trump Admin and VA Secretary Collins have some explaining to do and better get ready to answer to veterans. More to come.
