POTUS: President Trump Meets with Saudi Crown Prince November 18, 2025 - reair
During a White House meeting with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, President Trump when asked about the 2018 killing of American journalist Jamal Khashoggii in Saudi Arabia said, "A lot of people didn't like that gentleman that you're talking about. Whether you like him, or didn't like him, things happen." The president also defended the crown prince, saying he was doing a "phenomenal job" and that the prince was unaware of the killing of Khashoggii. The president addressed several other topics as well, including tariffs, Saudi Arabia joining the Abraham Accords, and the U.S. lifting sanctions on Syria. In response to a reporter's question about releasing all documents related to the investigation of convicted financier and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, Mr. Trump replied, "You're a terrible person and a terrible reporter." He added, "I have nothing to do with Jeffrey Epstein," and called the investigation a "Democrat hoax."
