In 2021, this same building had a sign that said "Learning Ceenter"
At this point, we are considering transforming Muckraker from an investigative outlet into a "Learing Ceenter."
Great work @EricDarby19 finding this.

Amazing Maps @amazingmap - Because of its time zones and daylight saving rules, Australia can celebrate New Year three times.
Australia’s time zones are already unusual, with half-hour offsets in the middle of the country. Add in the fact that some states observe daylight saving while others don’t, and you end up with multiple time differences inside the same country.
On New Year’s Eve, that means there are specific spots near state borders where you can cross into a different time zone and hit midnight again. In a few places, the offsets line up so you can technically celebrate New Year three separate times just by moving short distances.
It’s one of those weird edge cases where geography, politics, and timekeeping collide, and Australia happens to be particularly good at creating them.
