Chris Olivarez @LtChrisOlivarez - Yesterday, the @TxDPS Brush Team in Starr County, working alongside the U.S. Border Patrol, apprehended two separate groups of illegal immigrants during an ongoing joint operation targeting human smuggling.
A total of 11 illegal immigrants were apprehended, including one child. They were from Mexico, Honduras, and El Salvador, along with one special interest alien from India (pictured wearing a red shirt/black jacket).
These apprehensions highlight the tireless work of our DPS Troopers and strong coordination with federal law enforcement to combat human smuggling and prevent illegal entry into the interior.
