“In 2026, I’ll be taking a HUGE step back from politics,” Santos said. “After years of nonstop engagement, activism, and living life at full throttle, I’ve been spending my time doing something incredibly important: reorganizing my life.”
With reflection comes clarity. And with clarity comes change.
“It’s time to hang up the political cleats,” Santos continued, “and focus on projects, ventures, and creative endeavors that make me and my family happy. Life is about growth, balance, and knowing when to pivot with purpose.”
Santos expressed deep gratitude to the supporters who have stood by him through every chapter of his public life.
“I am incredibly thankful for the years of engagement, the passion, and the loyalty. To everyone who supported me and my family through thick and thin thank you. Truly. None of it goes unnoticed.”
While this marks a step back from the political arena, it is far from a goodbye.
