Illegal Alien Crimes @ImmigrantCrimes - Mecklenburg County, NC: Last week, Mexican national Raberto Mateo (aka Heberto Altonar-Mateo) was arrested for Kidnapping and Sexual Battery.
He has an immigration detainer hold.
Court documents state that, in the early morning of December 21st, Mateo grabbed a woman he was not known to near the bathrooms of an establishment, which according to the address is a an event venue.
The victim said he dragged her outside and assaulted her before she was able to break free. Once free, she re-entered the establishment, found her boyfriend, and called 911.
