The VP’s motorcade arrived at the venue at 5:16pm local. The second family is seated in a VIP section across the ice from the team benches. The Vances’ daughter, Mirabel, has been sitting on the VP’s lap.
Social media influencer and boxer Jake Paul is seated between the Vice President and the Second Lady and has been speaking with Vance for much of the game. Paul’s fiancé is an Olympic speed skater.
The Vances stood to cheer for each of Team USA’s goals. The US is leading Finland 4-0 in the third period.
