Brandon Straka #WalkAway @BrandonStraka - Yesterday I went into @adorama (a major NYC camera equipment store) and spent over $2,000 on a camera, mics, lighting, cables, etc. As I’m unpacking it appears that something didn’t get packed in my bag.

I call their number and get told by the robot that I’ll be on hold for 2 minutes. 17 minutes later a man with a heavy accent answers and tells me he can’t find my order using my email/phone number (which I used to place the order).

The entire time we’re talking I can hear a rooster crowing, which sounds like it’s 10 feet away from him. I finally lost it and asked, “Are you in the store right now??” (obviously knowing that he wasn’t).
