The ballots from Maricopa County's November 2020 election are gone. (As is true for all other 14 counties).
- They were kept for the post-election litigation
- They were kept for the Cyber Ninjas audit
- They were kept for the 10,000 hours that the Attorney General put into investigating the election
- They were kept well beyond the 22 month federal requirement, 24 month state requirement
- They were kept by the Treasurer during litigation and investigatory holds
