And the more money they make, the more they can throw into leadership campaign coffers for McConnell, Inc., which can then be used to rig primaries for swamp candidates.
Election security is essential to a free country, but election security isn’t going to help D.C. lobbyists get a vacation home. And for that reason, the entire swamp would much rather see the SAVE Act die a quick death than become law after a prolonged debate.
