I know it seems like you can’t leave, your life is there, your family is there, you have roots…I get it.
But if you still want to serve…there are countless departments hiring across this country from communities who actually love, support, and appreciate police officers.
I left the NYPD 18 years ago and went to Houston PD and it was the best decision of my life.
Yes at first it will be scary to leave everything you know…but I promise you the pay off is well worth it!
