White House Press Pool Reports @WHPressPool - Travel note 6: Between Sea and Lake / Cuba demonstration / Lid
The Beast pulled into Mar-a-Lago at 1413 ET after a quick trip from West Palm Beach to Palm Beach.
Pool did spot a group of Cuban flag-waving demonstrators along the route chanting “freedom for Cuba” as the motorcade passed.
The motorcade slowed down noticeably as it passed the demonstration, presumably to let POTUS take in the scene.
Pool vans split off to the holding area after dropping POTUS at MAL, at which point the White House declared a travel/photo lid as of 1416 ET.

After making our way from West Palm Beach to Palm Beach at a rapid pace (not having to stop at red lights will do that) the pool vans split from the rest of the motorcade as it (including the Beast) entered Mar-a-Lago at 1518.
