I did not "get" a pardon. I served my entire sentence without getting any type of credit or time served for good behavior like others.
I paid my entire fine, did all of my community service and pissed in a cup in front of a stranger to test for drugs even though it was not a drug related crime for over a year on a misdemeanor trespassing crime.
I could not travel outside of my district, I could not live as a free man, my college acceptance was denied, my gun rights were denied, and everything I have built from that has come from a place of understanding that you do not win by going to war. You win by planning it.

According to police sources, the Times Square area is severely understaffed during late night hours.
Other sources say a lot of this comes down to overtime cuts.
Now think about this—if a cop has to respond to a 911 call that requires at least 2 officers (and most of the time it’s more), that leaves Times Square with just 2 cops watching one of the busiest areas in the world.
And this isn’t just any location—Times Square is considered one of the top terrorist targets in the world.
