White House Press Pool Reports @WHPressPool - Pool note 17: More tour
Previous report should have been numbered 16.
Pool was relocated to the kitchen, where Elvis’ Army helmet and a blue dress uniform cover (which he wore on a Frank Sinatra special) are being displayed.
The tour guide also showed POTUS Elvis’ copy of a Frank Sinatra record.
After the tour guide said Elvis considered Memphis home, POTUS remarked that the city is “safe again.”
Pool is relocating to the Jungle Room while POTUS tours the basement.

White House Press Pool Reports @WHPressPool - POTUS at Graceland
“Who doesn’t love Elvis? Everybody loves Elvis!”
That’s what POTUS said upon entering the mansion at 1337 before he began to boast about crime stats in Memphis.
“Elvis would be very happy about that,” he said.
POTUS also lamented not having ever met Elvis but said he “loves” his music.
