Israel has barred Spain from a U.S.-led civil-military coordination center in Kiryat Gat.
The hub is tied to Gaza ceasefire and aid efforts.
The reason: Israel says Spain has developed an "anti-Israel obsession" and can no longer be trusted as a fair partner on Gaza.
Spain has rejected that characterization. The seat is empty regardless.
