​He accused the veteran of "stolen valor" and violently ripped a military patch off his chair.
​When the disabled man pulled a small knife to defend himself, Timm pulled a handgun and shot him.
​The veteran miraculously survived.
​Yesterday, a judge finally sentenced Timm.
​For shooting a disabled senior citizen after a documented history of politically motivated violence...
​He got a pathetic 3.5 years in prison.
