Shipwreckedcrew @shipwreckedcrew - No it didn't and your failure to take down this post shows you to be a lying hack. The RFP was public. But a qualifying factor was security clearance to work on restricted grounds. Only 4 contractors qualified.
Only 1 of the 4 submitted a big that met the stated completion date before July 4 -- that company has workers and equipment in place so it didn't need additional time to mobilize as did the other 3.
The US Park Service put out the RFP with the deadline -- no Comms with the WH on the subject.
All of this has come out today.
